You´ll have to decide if some statements are observations from the doctor or they are suggestions about what you shouldn´t do.

Negative **tú** commands are used to tell somebody no to do something and there are some clear rules to form them:
a.- Write the verb in the **yo** present form.

b.- For **-ar** verbs, get rid of the **-o** at the end of the verb and add **-es**
– Example: Camin**ar**.
**Yo** form of the present tense: camin**o**.
**Negative tú command**: No camin**es**.

c.- For **-er** and **-or** verbs, get rid of the **-o** at the end of the verb and add **-as**.

– Example: Serv**ir**.
Yo form of the present tense: Sirv**o**.
**Negative tú command**: No sirv**as**.
