Exercise 6

Step 3
3 of 4
Then, you need to compare your routines in pairs, comparing what you do daily, whether you have activities in common or not. You could write:

Alena and I don’t have many activities in common. We both go to school every day at 8:00, but she goes to dance class on Saturdays at eight, and I go to swimming class on Wednesdays at five. Alena visits her grandmother on the weekends, and I do so on Thursdays.

Step 4
4 of 4
Finally, you need to use the information to write a small paragraph about your friend’s life. Do they like routine? Do they enjoy unexpected things? Do they fill their schedule with social activities or do they prefer to be at home?

So, you could write:

Alena doesn’t like routine a lot. Her only routine activity is going to school every day, and then she does some social activity every day. She likes going out with her friends many times a week, and going to dance class. On weekends, Alena visits her grandmother outside of the city.
