Exercise 6
Step 1
1 of 2
In this exercise, you need to ask a classmate these questions, and mark their answer as **Always**, **often**, **sometimes** or **never**.

The questions are:

1. Do you stay awake overnight more than twice a week?
2. Do you practice any sports?
3. Do you consume vitamins and minerals daily?
4. Do you eat a lot of fried food?
5. Do you have headaches?
6. Do you get sick?
7. Do you have breakfast with no hurry?
8. Do you spend many days an hour sitting?
9. Do you get in bad moods?
10. Do you have trouble sleeping?

Step 2
2 of 2
Then, according to their answers, you need to imagine you are a doctor and tell them what they should do to improve their health, using the conversation in exercise 5 as a model.

You could write:

* *Érica, tienes una vida bastante sana, pero deberías consumir menos comida frita. Haces deporte, y eso es bueno, pero mucha comida frita podría hacerle mal a tu estómago. También te haría bien trasnochar menos.*

* Erica, you have a pretty healthy life, but you should consume less fried foods. You do sports, which is good, but a lot of fried food could hurt your stomach. You could also improve by not staying awake overnight so often.

Exercise 7
Step 1
1 of 2
In this exercise, you need to choose the quotes about health that interest you the most and explain. For example, you could choose the quote by Francisco Cabarrus, *”The worst of all ills is believing ills have no remedy,”* and say:

*Esta cita significa que, cuando uno tiene una enfermedad y busca una solución, también tiene que tener esperanza, sino sufrirá más.*

This quote means that, when one has an illness and is looking for a solution, they must have hope, or they will suffer more.

Step 2
2 of 2
Then, you need to use vocabulary words to write an original quote about health. You could write:

* *Vacunarse es contagiarse para evitar enfermarse.*
To get vaccinated is to become infected to avoid getting sick.

*Esto significa que una vacuna es una pequeña dosis del virus que evita que te enferme el verdadero virus.*
This means that a vaccine is a small dose of the virus that keeps the real virus from infecting you.
