In this exercise we **have to read the fotonovela before we can answer the questions.** ***Remember*** that we must answer with complete sentences and not abbreviated ones.

**R:** Fabiola pretended to be Patricia Montero’s double. / *Fabiola pretended to be Patricia Montero’s double.*

**3.** ¿Cuál es el personaje de la telenovela que no le gusta a Aguayo? / *Which character in the telenovela does Aguayo dislike?*

**R:** A Aguayo no le gusta el personaje de Fernando. / *Aguayo does not like Fernando’s character.*

**4.** ¿Qué ve Valeria, la protagonista, cuando entra a la habitación? / *What does Valeria, the main character, see when she enters the room?*

**R:** Ella ve a Fernando en los brazos de Carla. / *She sees Fernando in Carla’s arms.*

**5.** ¿A quién ama Fernando? / *Who does Fernando love?*

**R:** Fernando dice que a ama a ambas. / *Fernando says he loves both.*

**6.** ¿Por qué cree Diana que sus compañeros están confundidos? / *Why does Diana think her classmates are confused?*

**R:** Porque ellos piensan que los dobles solo hacen escenas de riesgo. / *Because they think stuntmen only do stunts.*

*The exercise is divided into two parts, A and B. The first part is only an association exercise.* *In the first part of the exercise we must see which characters can play certain roles.*

*The Characters that can participate in the exercise are: Aguayo, Diana, Eric, Johnny, Mariela, Fabiola*

*The roles that can be played by each are: Valeria, Fernando, Carla, The director of the telenovela.*

*In order to answer correctly we must read and take into account the previous fotonovela to have the context of the situation.*

2. Este papel es aburridísimo. ¡No digo ni una palabra! / *This role is boring, I don’t say a word!*

* *It is Fabiola, because she is the one who will act as a double.*

3. Soy el mas preparado para dirigir a los actores. / *I am the most prepared to direct the actors:*

* *He was elected as director.*

4. Mis compañeros no saben nada sobre los dobles. / *My colleagues don’t know anything about doubles:*
Character: **Diana.**

* *Diana is the one who gives an explanation of what the doubles are.*

5. Este papel es mas peligroso de lo que pensaba. / *This role is more dangerous than I thought.*

* *again Fabiola, as she is just reading the script.*

6. ¡Este director no sabe nada! Voy a hacer lo que dice el guion. / *This director doesn’t know anything! I’m going to do what the script says.*

Character: **Jhonny**

* *We choose jhonny because he was the one who wanted to be director first and he corrects eric.*

*The exercise asks us to make a list of 5 American traditions.*
*We will perform the exercise individually.*

*It’s a simple exercise, let’s just look for 5 traditions of utmost importance to American culture:*
