**Anfitrión** Buenos día, por favor disculpe nuestro descuido, hubo muy poco tiempo para limpiar ya que su ingreso fue apenas una hora después del último huésped y habían muchos huéspedes solicitando servicio de limpieza. Permítanos recompensarlo con un masaje en nuestro spa mientras aseamos su habitación.

**Huésped** Hola, nuevamente le hablo de la habitación 234, estuvo bien el masaje y el baño está impecable, pero hace 20 minutos solicité a una camarera que me traiga el almuerzo y sigo esperando, además que el aire acondicionado no funciona y el calor es insoportable.

**Anfitrión** Me encargaré personalmente de hacerle llegar su almuerzo pero le aseguro que nuestro sistema de aire acondicionado funciona bien, seguramente debe ser un inconveniente con las baterías del control. En el segundo cajón del mueble junto a la puerta, podrá encontrar baterías de repuesto.

**Huésped** Hola, únicamente llamo para comentar que usted tenía la razón, con las nuevas baterías funcionó el aire acondicionado y le agradezco por la comida, llegó pocos minutos luego de colgar la última llamada.
