You will notice that the text next to the image says nothing specifically about the author. A quick research on-line will tell you that the author is David Alfaro Siqueiros. A more detailed search will reveal that the principal idea behind the piece is that healthcare should be made publicly available. The mural is located inside the La Raza hospital in Mexico City.

En la obra se ve un paciente herido sobre un lecho y tres señores que lo observan. A la izquierda aparecen unas mujeres, probablemente enfermeras, que tienen unos objetos en sus manos. En el centro sale un demonio o un ser sobrenatural, que señala a las enfermeras.
