Method.
Grammatical subjects are given by name. You have to substitute them with the appropriate personal pronoun and use the country in the parentheses to tell where they are from. Remember, if the grammatical subject is of an (apparently) mixed natural gender, always use the masculine form of the pronoun, as it also carries a gender-neutral* value.

*Note.
Spanish is currently developing a non-binary grammar. Whenever a word refers to one of the two mainstream genders and you feel a non-binary form would be more appropriate, simply change the mainstream-gender endings -o and -a to -e.
Example: cansado (m.), cansada (f.), cansade (nb).
In the case of personal pronouns, the singular form is “elle” and the plural form is “elles”.
