Spain is a country in Europe.
You already know that Spain is indeed located in Europe. You can confirm this information on page 190 in your manual.
On the same page, have a look at the data at the bottom. Under “capital”, you will see that Spain’s capital is actually Madrid, whereas Morelos is a state in Mexico.
For this statement, turn to page 192 in your manual. At the bottom, you will find a couple of sentences about shopping in Madrid. You will notice how it lists three different shopping points. According to the text, it is unclear whether most people shop at malls. Given the large number of stores scattered around cities and towns, compared to the lower number of malls, it is possible that this statement is false.
Turn back to page 190. Have another look at the data at the bottom of the page. Under “comida tĂpica”, you will notice that paella is indeed listed there. Furthermore, it is a dish that originates from Valencia.
For the last statement, turn to page 191. Read the text in the middle and pay attention to details. You will see that Cervantes is mentioned as the author of Don Quijote, which is a globally famous Spanish novel. Moreover, Don Quijote is one of the most translated books in the world. A quick further research on-line will confirm this if necessary.

February: verano; hace calor
