Method.
In this exercise, there are four questions about Puerto Rican culture. You will read these questions and answer them in full sentences. You will find all the relevant information on pages 136-17 and 146 in your manual. Since there is a small variety of adecuate responses, only use the below example as a reference of how your answers should look like.

Examples.

1. Los dos idiomas oficiales de Puerto Rico son el español y el inglés.
2. La famosa cascada de El Yunque es la Cascada de la Coca.
3. A los puertorriqueños les gusta pasar un rato con la familia en parques y playas al aire libre.
4. Cocina criolla es una mezcla de cocinas española, indígena y africana.

Objective.
The purpose of this exercise is to practise writing in Spanish.

Method.
Based on the texts on Puerto Rican cultures, pick two spots you would visit and write about them. Avoid simply saying you would not visit Puerto Rico. However, if this is the case, pick two spots, describe them and explain why you would not visit them. Given the personal nature of this task, only refer to the below example as a reference.

Example.

Puerto Rico es una isla pequeña en el Caribe. Quiero visitar el Parque Nacional de El Yunque porque me encanta la naturaleza. Sobre todo quiero conocer la flora y fauna locales. Después de pasar un día entero allí, quiero visitar la capital puertorriqueña. Me gusta la arquitectura colonialista y la comida típica local. Quiero almorzar en el Viejo San Juan y admirar las casas y los monumentos.
