Experiencing stress from time to time is normal. However, when it becomes a long-term problem or burden, then it can affect a person’s well-being. It is often observed that stress can affect your mood, your behaviors, and your thoughts.

Each person reacts differently to the situations that they encounter. Whenever I encounter stress, I always notice that there are changes in my feelings. I tend to feel overwhelmed and helpless at first. However, after seeking out support from my friends and peers, all the negative thoughts start to go away. Their love and care allow me to focus only on the positives. In turn, I feel motivated and focused on how I would choose the best solution to resolve a problem.
