Teenagers can contribute to the workplace. They are a young workforce, eager to learn, who can bring freshness to work and have enormous potential. Young people of the digital age bring this new culture to the workplace. They are also very talented, and companies should recruit the best talents available. Teenagers usually have an enormous desire to contribute to a vision of a certain company and to demonstrate their commitment over the long term. So these visions will become individual goals and company strategies will improve and grow. When teenagers start to work they usually have great passion to learn and acquire expertise. So it is wise to help them with mentorship programmes. They also could do reverse mentoring, for example, by helping older workers to catch up with new technologies such as social networks or artificial intelligence.
