To maintain their reproductive health, males should do several things. First of all, they should bathe regularly and pay attention to wash their penis, scrotum and area under foreskin properly. If doing sports, they should wear protective equipment to shield the external reproductive organs. Abstinence will help to avoid STD`s. They should also check their scrotum and testicles regularly, once a month, to see if there is a lump. Besides sel-check up`s, they should have regular checkups by a physician every 12 to 18 months.
