The first thing to do is to drink plenty of water. If you are well-hydrated, then the water would be able to flush the toxins from your system efficiently. You must also avoid consuming an unhealthful diet as this may negatively impact your blood and immune cells. In addition, exercising regularly would contribute to a strong heart. This adds efficiency in the function of the heart and blood vessels. Getting a massage every now and then would also stimulate the blood and lymph vessels, which would help enhance the circulation and allow the fluid to move along.
