Raul can fit exercise into his routine by picking a workout form that can be done anywhere. For example, he can choose running, yoga, dancing, or Tabata training. Then, he must make a schedule and stick to it. He does not need to do a workout that lasts for an hour. He can do a 7-minute workout every day, which can be done during the morning (before work) or during the evening (after work). The bottom line is that he must squeeze in fitness into his everyday life by choosing to do some movement over none.

The evolution of technology has changed the way we live our lives. We have come to a point where we can shop, learn, and work at the touch of a button. Eventually, this contributed to the sedentary lifestyle that is often lived by many, including the teens. Instead of going out for a run or walk, teens are usually engaged in surfing the internet, playing computer games, and watching TV series. As a result, they have become less active.

In order to encourage the teens to become active, the entire community must cooperate together by providing fun physical activities that teenagers would like and by lowering the costs of the said activities (e.g., yoga, dance classes, and running events) and gym membership fees. In this way, teens can participate and become more active.
