My birthday is February 1st. If I was in a group and someone guessed *”abril”* I would respond with *”antes”* since February comes before April in the calendar year. Once they got the month correct, they would move to the date. Since my birthday is the first day of the month, chances are I would be saying *”antes”* a lot until the got the correct date.
