What is Average Life Span?
The average human life span is typically around 72 years, though this can vary depending on a variety of factors such as lifestyle choices, diet, genetics, and access to healthcare. Generally speaking, humans in developed countries tend to have longer life spans than humans in developing countries. In recent decades the average life expectancy has been increasing due to advances in medical technology and nutrition. Advances in medical technology allow for earlier detection and treatment of diseases that used to be fatal. Additionally, more people have better access to nutritious food so their bodies are more capable of fighting off illnesses. On the other hand, there are still many lifestyle practices that can lead to shorter lifespans such as smoking cigarettes or engaging in dangerous activities like extreme sports and drug use. Additionally, people living in poverty often lack access to quality healthcare which can lead to preventable illnesses and early death. Ultimately, the average life span is determined by a combination of genetic factors as well as lifestyle choices made throughout an individual’s lifetime. By making healthy choices such as eating right and exercising regularly you can help ensure you live a long and healthy life.
