El cartel dice que, para reducir la basura, no deberíamos usar más bolsas de las que necesitamos; que deberíams comprar productos en recipients grandes; que deberíamos evitar los productos desechables.

Reciclar es devolver a las fábricas todo que se puede usar de nuevo.

El objetivo del cartel es explicar a la gente que tienen que ser responsables y también a pedir a las empresas que vendan productos que se puedan reutilizar.

For this exercise, you have to read again the pamphlet on page 394 about the three Rs (reduce, recycle, reuse).

Here you have to write two advices to people on how to make the three Rs happen, how to reduce, recycle and reuse what they are using every day. Think also about your own experience and what has been done in your community to make life more sustainable and help the environment.

To complete this exercise, just think about your everyday life and your neighbors, friends and family and focus on what you have noticed they are doing to help the environment. It will help you make a list.
