In this exercise, you have to make a list of three places and buildings in your country, city, or town. It can be something not so famous, something local, but meaningful to you and your community. Or it can be something more monumental and known internationally. It can be a building, a ruin, a national park, a forest, theatre, street, square etc.

You have to make a table made out of three columns and two rows. For each of the site you decided to talk about, you have to say where it is, what it looks like and when you visited it.

It is best to take some notes or looking up the site if you don’t know much about it before putting all the facts in the table. Be concise and brief, do not write a whole essay, just put some basic information and facts into each row and column.

This is a continuation of the previous exercise where you had to make a table and describe three of your favorite sites in your country, city or town.

After completing the table, talk to your classmate about the sites in his/her list. Ask them all the information they wrote and try to identify the place. Ask the questions according to the model.

Model: „¿Cuándo visitaste el lugar? – when did you visit the place?
„Lo visité hace un año. – I visited it a year ago.
