In this section, we are talking about legends and superstitions.

Here you have to think of something that could cause panic among people nowadays. It is more difficult to think of something because people now are more educated and less likely to believe something, whereas, in the past, people believed almost anything that was said to them, especially if it came from someone superior to them, because they did not know better. Think about something people do not know a lot about and it is most likely that is what they will believe is true and would cause a panic.

After thinking of something, together with your classmates, you have to write a script for a program about the event.

To write a script, write down the idea with all its details and make up a plan of how you would present it to the people, which media would cause the most panic and would reach most people and also who and how would deliver the even to them to make it believable.

Continuing on what you have come up with in the previous exercise (your own event that would cause panic among people nowadays), present it to the class and make them believe you.

Here it is important the way you present something. Approach the topic in a serious manner, as if you yourself believed it. The more information you provide and the more knowledgable you seem, the higher the chances are other people will believe you.
