En el futuro, yo no me quedaré en esta ciudad, sino que me mudaré a otra. Asistiré a la universidad y estudiaré ingeniería. Seguiré una carrera ingeniería civil y encontraré un trabajo que me permita viajar mucho por todo el mundo. No me casaré, pero en algún momento adoptaré a un hijo.

This exercise is the continuation of the previous one. In the previous exercise, you were meant to write about your future and include information like whether you want to stay in your city or move; whether you want to go to college or find a job; build a career; where you’d like to travel and why; whether you’d like to get married or stay single; whether you would like to have children and why.

In this exercise, you have to compare your answers and your list to your classmate’s one. Fill in a table with the similarities and differences between your two lists.

After finishing with exercise 2, where you had to compare your list of how you see your future with that of your classmate, now you have to write a text about your future and your classmate’s. Use the table you made of the similarities and differences.

In the text it is important to use one of the ways to express the future:

2.) The present tense
3.) The future tense
