People in life or death situations should be held responsible for their rescue to a certain percentage. Just as in healthcare, we have it to use if and when we might need it. It doesn’t mean we will need it, but we might. Those who take bigger risks need to understand that it increases the possibility of bigger danger. Car crashes, broken legs, accidents, fights; these are all covered by some type of insurance or program to a point and then the customer pays the rest. There needs to be an insurance or program for these activities and if not, there should be an understanding that it will be a shared responsibility of anything was to happen.
