Possessive adjectives show who or what possesses something. They always agree in gender and number with the noun they define. They are always placed before the noun (mi libro, mi bolsa, nuestro perro)

Short possessive adjectives are:

Singular- mi, tu, su, nuestro/a, vuestro/a, su
Plural- mis, tus, sus, nuestros/as, vuestros/as, sus
