The Board is working together with the Philippine Association of Medical Technologists (PAMELA) and other CAPE providers to improve the professional skills and values systems of professionals in this field and stay informed about technological advancements. At present, medical technologists work in different settings including hospitals, laboratories, clinics, pharmaceutical companies, schools, as well as local and international food and cosmetic industries.
