The issue under research is the new twist that the American politics have taken in the current era. The future of America greatly relies upon the strategies that the contemporary leaders have deployed in fostering political visions and development of the country.
As clearly evident, the current political trend is uncovering the realities of what the public has held concerning the current administration. Despite the stiff competition between the candidates vying for the presidential position, the bottom line remains that the citizens are keen to evaluate the suitable leader based on the propositions he/she presents concerning to the future of the nation.
My key focus to investigate this issue was to reveal how the American citizens are yearning for change since the current administration seems to exhibit some loopholes especially in the healthcare policy and the issue relating to immigration
...(Troy, p.31). Trump for instance is the most favored republican candidate how has already show the need to protect the American borders from foreign invasion through limiting the number of immigrants entering the nation through constructing a wall (Drew).
Bernie Sanders is an impressive icon who has proved to have the required experience since he has served in almost every government level. Further, I feel interested to research more about characters such as Bernie because he actively contributed towards public policy during his college days. He has shown the willingness to prevent environmental pollution through proposing the taxation of carbon (Sanders). This explains why I lean towards this candidate despite the views from other citizens about his leadership qualifications.
Nonetheless, I am determined to reveal the revolution in the American political arena as well as the manner in which
the citizens perceive the contesting characters. This topic is fundamental to my research because I will get a deep insight of the major issues underlying the choice of the American people concerning the suitable candidate to lead the nation.
Further, I will learn more about the varied viewpoints that the segregated groups have towards their political preference. Through investigating the topic, I will comprehend more about the methodologies and probable approaches that each candidate is employing in order to win the votes from the American citizens. My road map will incorporate a predefined structured approach that will address the increased variation in presidential candidate’s predilections.
The fundamental issue about the research will also be based on the focus or perception of the candidates and the voters on the phenomenal qualities that prove the suitable leader. I will try to compare and contrast the approaches that these candidates use to convince the votes of their suitability as the ‘choice of the American people’. My plan will also include comparison of the current political campaigns and those witnessed in the past to determine the changes that might have taken place. The current campaigning strategies have a notable distinction as compared to those used by previous candidates.
