Culture can be described as a specific way of life developed by a civilization. Culture represents the values and beliefs of a group of people developed over time and passed on from generation to generation. This culture can be seen in the art, customs, religious and spiritual beliefs as well as their system of laws. Various religious as well as spiritual beliefs were varied but also had commonalities, and in most early civilizations were the way of life and could not be extracted from cultural beliefs or societal practices.
Civilization had finally begun to develop and by 2,000 BCE the inhabitants of the Indus River had established a written language as well as bronze casting skills. After the invasion of the Aryans, civilization was enslaved and the caste system was installed. The caste system was highly based on the Aryan hymns to the gods, Vedas
...which was based on the division of social class where the movement of classes was prohibited. The Hindu religion was also developed during this early period and was comprised of The Vedas, along with the philosophical texts called Upanishads, and Brahman, the universal soul.Evidence of culture is found in the earliest humans or Homo sapiens and Neanderthals who wore animal skin clothing, made tools, cooked with fire and possibly performed ritual burials of their dead. Revisionist history is when a person edits or falsifies information on historical events.
Often, revisionist history is from one or more of these, including social or theoretical perspective to re-examine the past through different lenses, negative perspective that views revisionism as an intentional effort to falsify or skew past events for specific motives and Fact-checking perspectiv
to correct the record of past events. Conger, C. 2009) I don’t know if I completely agree or disagree with the revision of history, I guess if there isn’t any harm in making something up and throwing it in the history of something else, as long as it doesn’t hurt anyone wouldn’t be so bad. One example of revisionist history is the story of George Washington chopping down a cherry tree, although many children learn this story in history class, it has yet to be proven, and also has been uestioned after no evidence of a cherry tree had ever been found on the property, but was said to be made up to make him sound more heroic.
