What is Three Times A Day?
Three times a day is an old adage that encourages people to take time for themselves and prioritize their mental, physical, and spiritual health. These practices may help promote relaxation which can reduce stress hormones associated with feelings of anxiety and depression while fostering feelings of peace and joy within oneself as well as in relationships with others around us. By living up to this saying three times a day we allow ourselves much needed respite from our busy lives so we can return refreshed back into them better equipped mentally, emotionally and spiritually to tackle whatever comes our way.
