Prophet Mohamed (Allah’s prophet) was viewed as a politician, a theologian, merchant a preacher and a warrior. Tentatively he was a new state builder coming up with his own laws used during prayers (swallah). This is evidence that democracy should be embraced by Muslim culture following the prophet’s way of life.

They can use it rule different states the way prophet Mohammed (the prophet of Allah) did.in the modern society, many Muslim leaders are elected in various states that practice secularism. Moreover, the Quran highlights different laws used by ancient prophets to govern their people. Following this argument, is prudent that the followers of Prophet Mohammed are supposed to use secular laws in addition to the laws highlighted in the Quran in their entire leadership strategies. Sharia laws used by Islam also cultivates the aspect of democracy in action.
