Successful small business owners are able to identify trends and adjust their strategies accordingly in order to capitalize on opportunities that arise. 3) Resourceful: Small businesses often have limited resources compared to larger companies which means they need creative problem-solving skills in order to succeed. Resourceful entrepreneurs take advantage of available resources by using technology, networking with other businesses, or finding creative ways of saving money without sacrificing quality products or services. 4) Risk Takers: Taking risks can pay off big time when done strategically; successful entrepreneurs learn how to balance risk taking with caution in order for it pay off long-term benefits for their company. 5) Mentally Strong: Managing all aspects of a small business requires mental strength; from difficult decisions about staffing changes or financial investments all the way down product choices which will affect customer satisfaction levels – successful entrepreneurs know how important it is remain mentally strong while running a business efficiently.
