This means that firms will be able not only increase productivity but also gain insights into new markets which could open up potential avenues for generating revenue in the future. Overall then by creating an environment where everyone is given an equal chance at success irrespective of race or gender affiliation; this form oft policy ensures that everyone has a fair shot at achieving both professional excellence and financial stability moving forward thus contributing significantly towards social progress in general terms . In conclusion , although there have been criticisms against Affirmative Action Policies throughout its existence ,it is clear that when implemented correctly ,these initiatives offer significant benefits especially when it comes fostering inclusion ,promoting diversity & advancing economic growth . Thus even though much remains yet done before real equality can be achieved ,affirmative actions certainly play an invaluable role in helping marginalized groups achieve success going forward .
