The quest for quality education in the country has long been a challenge for educators. Despite efforts by the Department of Education and various innovative actions, achieving quality education seems impossible. Numerous factors hinder our pursuit, making success in this endeavor nothing more than a dream.

Quality education in any country relies on the quality of its teaching force. A school should not only have qualified educators, but also have teachers who are deeply dedicated and committed to serving the public, particularly the students they are entrusted with. By continuously improving their knowledge and skills through further education and training, teachers become more capable and efficient in maximizing the educational advantages for their students.

ct and division levels, lac sessions within the school, invitational demo-teaching sessions, peer teaching and coaching activities, casual mentoring sessions, co-mentor mentoring sessions, and one-on-one mentoring sessions between mentors and mentees. The process of mentoring is a professional journey that brings about self-realization and transformation through collaboration between mentors and mentees.

The mentor offers valuable ideas and assists the mentee in developing their potential. The mentee willingly follows the mentor's guidance, trusting their advice and embracing new ideas and challenges. Together, they cultivate and improve their skills to become more effective educators. Despite the various difficulties they face, both parties demonstrate courage, patience, and determination, ensuring the success of the mentoring program. Ultimately, trust, respect, and openness are fundamental aspects of a successful mentorship.
