The On-the-Job Training is an important part of college courses. During this time, students utilize the skills and knowledge they have gained in their universities or colleges in a real working environment. It can also serve as a stepping stone for their desired career after graduation. Many suggest finding the best company or industry where one can complete their training hours because there is a high likelihood of being employed there after graduation.
Initially, my plan was to apply to top companies in Metro Manila. However, I realized that I should also consider how these companies can help me further develop my existing skills and what skills I can bring to the company. The application process started in May 2013 when my frie
...nds and I attempted to apply to IT-related companies in Magmata, Passing, and Guenon City since these companies aligned with our areas of study. Originally, we planned for all five of us to train together at one company with the same schedule.
Although some applications were successful while others were rejected, none of those companies hired all five of us simultaneously. This made us realize that our initial goal was not attainable.So, we decided to go our separate ways.On June 7, 2013,I went on my own journey to Guenon City to apply.It was a day filled with optimism as I was excited to start my training.
TELLS International Philippines, Inc., a BOP company located in Aren't Center, Cuba, was the first on my list of companies in the area.
