Such measures include the trusting of the right people with the firearms and the strict measures regarding those who practice in the act of abusing the guns.

Advantages and the Disadvantages of the Control of the Weapon Abuse Control

There are many numerous benefits of controlling the act of the arm abuse. It reduces the number of deaths that result from the unnecessary use of the firearms and ensuring that there is the entrusting of the right people with the guns. The other advantage is that there is the reduction in the number of the violence since there is the reduction of unnecessary legal or illegal possession of the guns. However, there is the disadvantage of the controlling of the abuse of the weapons. Controlling if the gun abuse involves stripping most of the people who either have the legal or illegal possession of the gun. The result is that there may be reduced individual security levels since individual ownership of guns increases the level of personal security. As there exists a number of

various views concerning the abuse of the guns and the control of the acts, there is therefore the examination of the topic on a broad perspective.

The abuse of the guns mostly occurs for the purpose of the personal gains. It mostly happens in the events of violence where an individual may use his or her gun for the purpose of either stealing or inflicting fear to a person to take away their property involuntarily. Gun abuse may also entail the misuse of the gun by the legal holders of the firearms like the law enforcing officers when exercising their power.
Most prominent people like the politicians or the business people also possesses the guns and may at times misuse their guns hence involving the gun abuse. Due to the violence of the guns, there is an increased inflicting of the fear to the citizens of a state because of the ruthless killings of the citizens.

Due to the growing number and the level of the gun abuse, there arose the need for the controlling of the gun violence (Wilson, 2007). It entails enacting of the numerous measures to ensure that there is a reduction on the acts of gun abuse.

It is advantageous to tackle the issue of the gun violence and the control of the actions. It enables the individuals to realize that the effect exists and the reasons for the participation in the acts. Moreover, it enlightens the participants of the critical of not engaging in the actions and instead search for the alternative ways of solving the acts that lead to the misuse of the firearm. Exploring the topic is also disadvantageous as it may

intensify the abuse of the guns. The reason is that the individuals realize of the action of gun abuse by the participants and therefore acts to counter them thereby intensifying the rivalry.
