For almost hundred years, the struggle to control firearms advertisement has bared no fruits. Despite extensive, and often heated debate, consensus on how to best regulate firearms remains as elusive as ever. Research show that most violate regulation is the use and advertisement of firearms. Most regulative arms of government seem not to take attention to this disaster. They tend to disagree on the procedures to follow when tabling them down. Questions are raised whether is it right for a newspaper to accept firearms advertisement. The issue of firearms land in the wrong is on the rise which leads to the increase in crime. The raising question is how to control firearms ownership and use? Through my essay, I shall try to discuss what happening in terms of pending legislation.
