The control of gun would not only reduce assault to human beings but also wildlife. The availability of guns possesses threats to wildlife with increased cases of pro-hunting activities. However, these guns are more advantageous when for use for self-defense especially in areas with uncontrollable wildlife. Research also shows that the increasing availability of firearms poses unrest and brings fear among people of a possible war erupt. This does not affect individuals of a single country only it also causes commotion worldwide especially with the trending emergence of military forces of different countries (Blocher, Joseph, &Miller: 355)

Individuals should not access either their guns licensed or not in the public this is because the gun poses a lot more danger in case of an open fire case. Some public members may not withstand the gunfire and some may even experience heart conditions such as heart attacks. Concealed carry is very dangerous especially because some individuals are short tempered and do not take second thoughts before acting (Blocher, Joseph, &Miller: 355).

Despite people, believing possession and control of guns is not fair, gun control is a good thing; it keeps a community and a state in large safe. Without it people would be aimlessly firing guns at anyone for no apparent reason, gun control can be very dangerous when in the hands a criminal or a person with no morals whose aim will be to terrorize the people but in the hands of the right people there is law and order and peace (Kimberly& Tyler: 278). Gun control prevent crime, for instance in the state of Georgia it is required for every household to have a gun and compared to other states. Its’ known to have the least crime, if this was to be applied on to places where crime rates are at their highest such as Detroit, and then the crime rates would go down tremendously. Burglars would think twice before they try to break into a house and steal. Gun control also helps mothers and daughters defend themselves against rapists, robbers and shop owners from robbers.

Gun control is a good thing, there are so many shootings and if a person having a gun illegally is spotted ought to be behind bars. It is true that man kills a man, not guns. However, guns should not be trusted with citizens. Gun control also plays a big role in ending tyranny in a country(Kimberly &Tyler: 278).For instance, if the government controlled the guns what would stop them from annihilating their opposition or rather what would stop the government from controlling us as the people, if we cannot defend ourselves then why would people go and trust a government only for it to enslave them? Another instance is police storm into houses for no apparent reason and begins to manhandle the residence, without a proper cause or even evidence. They only do this knowing that the residents bear no firearms. If nobody had a gun to defend himself against the manhandling nature of the officers, what would prevent them from coming back again or to your neighbor? This would end up being a constant tug-of-war between the public and the government but if only the officers for emergencies used the guns then cases such as manhandling would be outdated(Kimberly &Tyler: 278).

Gun control brings about security (Grose&Carolyn:307). It is a good thing in that it gives a family, society a sense of security and in turn, people are much more confident walking around even when they are late from work. There was a law that existed in the 90’s. The law required that one carry a gun,

but it never helped, as gun violence did increase tremendously, as expected. Good gun control saves time (Richardson &John: 150)in cases of when the police officers take too long to respond not because there are a few officers in the area or region but because they are far from the person who has made the distress call. If a neighbor having a gun were able to bounce in and help chase the bugler away then it would help save a life. The number of lives saved each year by individuals having guns is much higher if compared to the careless use of the gun by criminals in mass shootings. Mass shooting can be prevention. That is the effect of gun control. Gun control means to prevent unauthorized gun use for violent reasons. It may still be possible for criminals to obtain them, making it hard to prevent some violent crimes. Gun control places limits on who can buy guns, when to use them and how. A bad person may get his or her hands on the firearm and go crazy shooting at anyone (Sarosy&Charlie: 464). Mentally unstable people cannot purchase guns or be given a gun to handle no matter what the circumstance. If they ever did possess it would result in chaos. Nonetheless, gun control is good and of assistance to all.

Gun control is very beneficial to society (A?ström&Karl: 43). Gun control is not bad at all because, there should be no one having a gun except for the police and licensed owners, for emergency's only. If anyone can get a hold of a gun, then who knows what could happen next. If no

one had guns and the police had, then it would become a much safer place to live in. This though does not undermine the data indicating increase chances of death by gunseven when kept at home. There have been arguments regarding the gun control in the so many countries where some people have been on the idea that laws on gun control have to be enforced while others opt for the laws to be scrapped be scrapped and there should be rules governing gun control in the country. The people who are in possession of the guns have raised the importance of gun control rules due to the increase insecurity due to gun violence.

Although gun control methods are recommended to ensure security arguments brought up claim that these laws will only have an effect on the normal civilian but will not affect criminal activities since there are no criminals who follow laws that are set. However though criminals rarely follow these laws the laws have largely reduced criminal activities in a big percentage compared to before these laws the introduction of the laws. Discussions have also emerged as to whether gun control is right or not. Gun control is the best thing to do, strengthening of the weak gun control laws this will ensure the laws are a success (Sarosy: 464). Different countries have employed these laws and most of them show that it is an effective way to reduce number of homicides. However, the NRA and those who manufacture the weapons have very strict monetary ties and support of the political side. Therefore, it would benefit both parties if both allied to make market

easier for firearms rather than counter each since if there is control over guns and the market is less interested in buying the firearm industry will make less money and the NRA will end up losing money. This poses the question whether the NRA is worried about protecting the rights of the country or aims at only benefiting itself. Therefore, the need of strengthening gun control laws and not relying on the NRA will be a huge step to counter crime activities, to reduce death rates and to ensure that hunting activities stop.
