Gender Discriminations at Goodyear Place of Business Essay Example
The Goodyear tire and rubber company has been facing a significant gender discrimination where the number of women who were being considered for the various positions was overwhelming. The women who had the opportunity to work for the company were being subjected to hostile working conditions. The economic system that helps in normal operations of the business is an active channel that guides the workers to perform their duties adequately. Although the activities of the company are properly conducted, there is a channel that should be established to ensure the system is operating normally. The lawsuit was filed concerning the complaint of two women who had experienced unfair treatment while executing their duties.
The two complainants were the only women that were employed at that particular time, and they were subjected to various types of discrimination. The di
...fferent laws concerning the efficient operation of the business were adequately applied and used. The appropriate channel had to be undertaken to ensure that regular business operations are being practiced. Having good business operations is the only option that will allow individuals to perform their best. Both men and women have an equal chance to deliver the best results.
The administration of duties to the females is not done in the most appropriate manner. Duty-based ethics are usually the most desirable method that will allow each employee to have an equal opportunity to deliver his or her best efficiently. Under this type of ethics, individuals will understand the proper channel that they can use to justify their actions (Parrott, 2014) effectively. Duty ethics are usually the things that people are considering in the business to be essential. When a clear
ethical standard is used, there will be an established fair ground to know what the people need to perform to enable equal opportunity for both genders.
