The calendars available typically enable users to

invite others to share their birth dates and offer a plethora of features that one might not expect from a free, online platform. One example is CalendarHub's comprehensive calendar depiction shown in Figure 3. Meanwhile, Google's Gmail service is predicted to surpass both Hotmail and Yahoo Mail in popularity due to its early offering of 1GB storage capacity and resulting high number of users. Given Google's reputation for simple search and successful services like Google Earth, it stands to reason their document and spreadsheet programs will follow suit in successful adoption.

Google's web-based office tools, Num Sum and Irow, may surpass competitors like Word Processor and Spreadsheets because of their limited drawing and graphing capabilities. These features are essential for incorporating into work styles as they are increasingly popular in documents and spreadsheets. While Gmail is already an important part of many work styles, it might be better to wait until these features are added. Although online reviews can promote software products, they may also reflect the author's biases.

While reviews can be informative about new technology, they often lack comprehensive evaluations of similar products. To accurately assess the usefulness and usability of web-based office tools for your individual requirements, it is advisable to visit their website and try out their offerings firsthand.
