As the project manager of HiTech, I have noticed that several workers have a habit of being absent. As the project manager, I suggest that the owners of HiTech consider implementing a system to reward employees who consistently attend work and to punish those with poor attendance. Additionally, introducing programs such as stress management, fitness plans, and exercise breaks would help address the issue of absenteeism.
