In the present day, it is a challenge for these individuals to secure an honest job and earn enough to provide for their families. Moreover, with an economic downturn, these respectable citizens are facing a crisis. What can ordinary people like us do to help? We can start by fulfilling our responsibility - people constantly advocate for helping the less fortunate, and who is more deserving of assistance than these individuals? After all, 99% of the global population is extraordinarily affluent while the remaining 1% is woefully destitute.
The government is soon expected to introduce a new tax aimed at assisting the less fortunate. It could be named “we swear we're giving this money to the poor” in orde
...r to ensure transparency regarding the destination of the funds, which will be directed towards these impoverished individuals. Initially, this tax will apply to all purchases, resembling the HST, albeit at a higher rate of approximately 30%. Subsequently, it will be subtracted from your salary to further support the cause. Moreover, this tax will contribute towards funding their housing renovations, car payments, their children's college or university education, and other important matters. Ultimately, this tax will work towards bridging the gap between those who are extremely wealthy and those who are extremely impoverished.
The government is likely to initiate providing "welfare" checks and salary bonuses to support these exemplary citizens in their recovery. Additionally, once these individuals begin receiving these benefits, the government will have an ongoing obligation to continue payments
Consequently, the revenue generated from the "we swear we're giving this money to the poor" tax will contribute towards funding these benefits. Ultimately, these admirable citizens will require employment, thus I suggest that the government mandates companies to dismiss their CEOs, COOs, and other prominent personnel and hire individuals from impoverished backgrounds.
This will not only benefit the poor, but it will also provide CEOs and other individuals like them with the opportunity to retire early and contemplate how to utilize their vast wealth. In summary, I believe it is the responsibility of every citizen to assist the less fortunate, even if it necessitates sacrificing one's own occupation and paying a 30% tax rate. As Winston Smith stated in 1984, "If hope exists, it lies in the [poor], and as absurd as it may sound, it is true that nations are constructed from the bottom upwards, from poverty to prosperity."
