The company will need to introduce the “Code of Ethics” including the higher management. This will display what is ethical and unethical behavior in the workplace. Workers in each division will gain respect to the leader and will be able to provide a proper and outstanding report to Mr.
Henson. Employee training and development will enforce a better communication between the employee and manager. I
will also increase the job satisfaction and morale among employees.In order to increase the company’s performance, the company should implement a proper payroll system that satisfies employees according to their productivity and output. A proper payroll system will improve the ability to comply with regulations.
