The rising turnover rate of employees is giving employers a challenge with the implementation of practices that will enhance employee engagement thus making them work with a certain organization for long. By completing an MBA, these are some of the critical issues that I will look forward to dealing with. With the skills and professionalism acquired by completing the program I will be able to take my industry a step further in terms of development.

One of my key goals in completing an MBA program is to acquire skills that will help me in my future leadership. I will be able to analyze the impact of actions and decisions on stakeholders including organizational, interpersonal, environmental and societal considerations. I will also gain the capability of understanding, analyzing and applying frameworks of ethics to ethical decision making and corporate social responsibility. By completing the program, I will gain knowledge and skills that will help me employ effective cross-cultural skills. Another key goal is to be able to show the ability of managing in circumstances where social conventions and business practices seem to be different than the ones of my native country. An important goal in pursing an MBA program will be acquiring innovative and strategic thinking skills in order to enable effective problem solving and decision making. By taking the program, I will acquire knowledge and skills which will later help me achieve these goals.
