The mechanistic structure has a narrow span control with a high degree of

formalization and centralization of rules and procedures.

Organic structure is the direct opposite, as indicated by the Team Role Preference Scale. This scale evaluates an individual's participation in meetings and comparable tasks, identifying five distinct team roles. I attained a score of 15 in the roles of encourager, gatekeeper, and harmony, all of which emphasize interpersonal relationships.

Nevertheless, I do agree with the characterization of Buffet as a wealthy investor. Like him, I am unaffected by external factors and base my decisions on facts and reasoning.

The test indicates that no individual has just one style, but rather we sometimes display traits from other styles as well. Overall, I believe the assessment accurately evaluated me. By answering the questions honestly, I discovered that the test almost analyzes me as accurately as I know myself. Most of the answers provided precise ratings and descriptions of my personality.

I had a positive experience with the assessment and highly suggest that everyone takes it.
