Ryan Adelante Cortez, born on August 05, 1992, is the fourth child of Mr. Esteban Cortez and Mrs. Ludivina Cortez. He finished his elementary education at Jaen Central School in 2005.
In 2009, she completed her secondary education at San Jose High School (SJHS). She then attended the Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College-College of Teacher Education, South Cluster Campus, in Tagudin, Ilocos Sur, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education majoring in English in 2013. This was accomplished on September 29.
In 2013, he successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers and was subsequently employed as a classroom instructor at Sta. Veronica College in June of the same year.
Inc. Bacnotan, La Union, was transferred to Cicosat Colleges in Langsat, the city of San Fernando.

...he advisor for the school paper. Additionally, he participated in various English seminars as well as a conference and workshop on campus news media at the division and regional levels.
Aside from learning his field of specialisation, he also experienced learning Filipino, Araling Panlipunan, Values instruction, and Computer Education.

The significance of creating and verifying English learning materials for enhancing writing abilities is highlighted in the survey conducted by Teacher Ernest D. Padiwan, MAEd.
Specifically, the study addressed the following sub-problems:
- The level of English competency (writing skills) among seventh grade high school students
- The common difficulties faced by these students in terms of writing skills
- The availability of instructional materials for writing in the school
- The suggested instructional materials to enhance the writing skills of the students
- The level of acceptance of the proposed instructional materials based on evaluation conducted by three experienced English teachers or instructors
In total, 60 seventh grade high school students from Cicosat Colleges-Basic Education participated in the study. The researcher used self-analysis surveys to collect data. The acceptability of the instructional materials was determined through frequency count by three experienced English teachers.
Overall, the survey used ranking and leaden mean as statistical tools to identify the need for a faculty
in English Language (Writing Skills). Based on the findings, the following decisions were made:
- A faculty in English Language (Writing Skills) should be developed to help users enhance their writing skills.
- The proposed faculty in English Language, specifically focusing on writing, was accepted and ready for use by the 4th year high school students of CICOSAT COLLEGES-Basic Education.
- The proposed faculty was also designed to meet the needs of course seven high school students of CICOSAT COLLEGES-Basic Education, Lingsat.
In order for the proposed faculty in English Language (Writing Skills) to fully function and serve its intended purpose, it should be implemented for the course seven high school students of CICOSAT COLLEGES-Basic Education, Lingsat, City of San Fernando, La Union.
The following are suggested/recommended:
- There should be continuous, consistent, or regular usage of the faculty in all English classes where relevant to maintain the level of assistance to students.
- Similar studies must be conducted periodically to investigate the impact of the faculty on students.
- Incorporation of contemporary related topics/new emerging subjects into the faculty; and
- Development of similar faculties in English Language (writing) should also promote enhancing all the writing skills of the students.
