What is Conflict?
Conflict resolution is the process of resolving a dispute or disagreement between two parties. It can be done either through direct negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or even outside assistance. Unlike negotiations and mediation sessions which require active participation from both sides, arbitration hearings involve only one representative per side presenting their case before the arbitrator who then makes a decision after considering all information presented during proceedings along with applicable laws and regulations related to the matter at hand.
