Break It Down: Problems can often seem overwhelming if we look at them in their entirety but breaking down a problem into smaller pieces makes it much easier for us to tackle one step at a time instead of feeling daunted by the entire task ahead of us. 4 Use Positive Thinking: Negative thoughts tend only serve as barriers when trying to deal with problems so try focusing on positive thinking instead which helps build our confidence and resilience when facing tough challenges head-on. 5 Seek Solutions: After identifying the problem, think about potential solutions that could work for you specifically rather than just giving up or trying something that won’t work in the long-term or lead towards progress being made overall; focus on finding solutions that bring progress not just temporary relief from pain or discomfort. 6 Take Action & Move Forward: After seeking solutions, put those ideas into action – even if they don’t always work out first time – eventually these plans should start leading towards better results over time; even if things don’t go as planned always take action and move forward, whatever happens.
