Philosophical concepts on fair play is considered to be thoughts couching and in general is supports believe that, sports remains to be a kind of moral pursuit which in particular emphasizes on the effective participation. There should be equal fair treatment without neglecting or discriminating anybody who willingly participate in sports activities; this because Bible, the holy book clearly explains that every human being has a distinct talent and ability which should be respected under whatever the conditions or circumstances (Smith, 2003).
