Management readiness is the state of being prepared to take on management responsibilities. Personally, I have found that I am constantly ready for any managerial tasks. Management is my genuine passion and I am dedicated to enhancing my knowledge and skills in this area.

Having worked in various companies and assuming management roles, I have come to recognize my own abilities. Keith et al. (2006) state that being ready for management allows individuals to handle such responsibilities with ease. From my personal experience, I have found that I encounter no difficulties when entrusted with managerial duties. Factors such as determination and self-confidence greatly contribute to individuals' readiness for managerial tasks.

To deepen my understanding, I am dedicated to participating in various management positions, acquiring necessary skills and building confidence. The effectiveness of a manager depends on the leadership style they utilize, such as the permissive management style which will impact my effectiveness as a manager.

I am a firm believer in the positive impact of providing employees with freedom in their work environment on their performance. Allowing them to operate in an unrestrained and open setting enables them to openly share any concerns they may have and find solutions. This is exemplified by the ability of employees to freely communicate with management and give their utmost efforts (Keith et al., 2006).
