From a young age, I have been captivated by the notion of comprehending and resolving health issues. This is apparent from my childhood experiences when I rendered first aid to an ill neighbor one night, leaving everyone astounded. Since then, I have cultivated a tendency to seize every opportunity to assist and support others. This unwavering desire to aid individuals has propelled me to actively participate in various community outreaches and become a registered member of organizations committed to advancing healthcare globally.
Since 2014, I have been a member of three organizations: UNICEF, USA Red Cross Society, and Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). My involvement with these organizations has given me valuable insights into the importance of ensuring fair healthcare and social justice worldwide.
During a Community Outreach program, I had a profound experience that sparked my interest in
...pursuing nursing. Working at a mental health facility further motivated me to pursue a nursing program. This outreach program exposed me to healthcare provision challenges and emphasized the need for social justice and health equity for all individuals.
Ever since then, I have been eager to expand my knowledge and understanding of how clinical services and community engagement can contribute to achieving health equity and social justice as a future medical leader.
By receiving the scholarship for my nursing course, I will be able to continue pursuing my goal of becoming a community nurse. This opportunity will allow me to bring social justice and fair healthcare to underserved populations while also equipping me with the necessary skills to address challenges faced by patients without access to adequate healthcare services.
Enrolling in this Nursing program will give me the chance to assist
individuals from underserved populations through research, clinical services, and community outreach programs. With the right resources, knowledge, and experience, I aim to become an exceptional professional leader in nursing.
