In “Harvesting Hope” it validates how he never gives up and goes through a lot of trouble to get what he wanted. Similarly, “Cesar Chavez” did the same thing; he didn't eat because he couldn't reach his goal and also he goes through a lot of trouble when they were walking mile to miles. However, the text and the book were different because the book tells us what kind of person Cesar is from his childhood.

In the text it talks about his success of his career. Nevertheless both of the texts teach us the importance of never giving up on things that are right. As you can see both text demonstrate how Cesar Chavez from the book and the text never gave up on something that they hoped for and worked for like protesting to get their rights. Even though Cesar Chavez in the book and Cesar Chavez from the text were facing hardships but never gave up. Cesar Chavez from the book realized that he wasn't giving up on his hopes to protest. Also Cesar Chavez from the text wasn't giving up on his success
