In my past career as a web designer, my strengths were in creativity rather than business acumen. However, the Nineties Internet Boom brought design, usability, and interactive customer experiences to the forefront of business strategy.

Although web design has advanced significantly, I failed to recognize the advantages of obtaining project management or team leadership abilities. Even after leaving the profession to establish a Work Permit Consultancy, I did not have the chance to develop these skills. However, I soon realized that creating a successful business requires inspiring, recruiting, building, and leading management teams. As a primarily self-employed individual during the past years, it was challenging to find individuals with whom I had previously worked to objectively assess my "Managerial and Leadership Competencies." Therefore, I have personally identified several crucial areas that require improvement.
