People communicate for many different reasons. We want to be able to make rinds and establish relationships. We communicate to find out about the other person and get to know them. We need to be able to express our feelings and opinions. At work we need to communicate with colleagues, give and receive necessary information in order to give the appropriate care to our Service Users. Sharing knowledge will ensure that we always give the highest standard of care.
